Washington State: Mudslide Death Toll to Rise "Substantially"

The death toll from a mudslide northeast of Seattle, Washington, stands
at 25 with 90 still missing. Officials have warned the toll could rise
"substantially" today or tomorrow pending reports from the medical
examiner's office.
