More Than 100 Congolese Refugees Die When Boat Capsizes

In news from Africa, more than 100 Congolese refugees have died after a
boat carrying them home from Uganda capsized on Lake Albert. Uganda said
it had recovered 107 bodies, including 57 children. As many as 250
people were on board.
