20 Arrested Protesting Keystone XL in Philadelphia

As the Senate held its climate filibuster, protest actions against the
Keystone XL continued nationwide. Over 20 people were arrested outside
the Federal Building in Philadelphia on Monday, protesting the
conclusions of a State Department report that said the pipeline's
construction wouldn't "significantly" worsen climate change.
