Senate Confirms Burwell as New Health Secretary

The Senate has confirmed Obama's pick to lead the Department of Health
and Human Services. Sylvia Mathews Burwell has served as White House
budget director for the past year. She takes over for Kathleen Sebelius,
who stepped down in April following the rocky rollout of Obamacare.
