Ukraine Signs EU Pact That Fueled Yanukovych's Ouster

Ukraine has signed a deal to strengthen ties with Europe, seven months
after Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych was ousted over his decision
to back away from the pact. The deal comes as a fragile ceasefire with
pro-Russian rebels in Ukraine's east expires today. European leaders are
meeting in Brussels to discuss the Ukrainian crisis.
