White House Press Secretary Jay Carney Resigns

White House Press Secretary Jay Carney is resigning after more than
three years as President Obama's chief spokesperson. Carney spent over
two decades as a reporter before joining the White House. He will be
replaced by his deputy, Josh Earnest.
