Typhoon Rammasun Kills 26 in China, Vietnam; Philippines Toll Hits 95

In southern China, the strongest typhoon to hit the region in more than
40 years has killed at least 18 people and destroyed tens of thousands
of homes. Typhoon Rammasun also killed eight people in Vietnam. Last
week, the same typhoon blasted the Philippines, where the death toll has
risen to 95.
