Virginia Stop Defending Gay Marriage Ban in Court

Virginia has announced it will no longer defend its ban on same-sex
marriage from federal lawsuits. Attorney General Mark Herring says he
has concluded the ban is unconstitutional, a sharp departure from his
predecessor, Republican Ken Cuccinelli.
