Iran Nuclear Deal Takes Effect

The dispute over Syria comes as Iran and six world powers have begun
implementing the agreement that slows the Iranian nuclear program in
exchange for relief from international sanctions. The International
Atomic Energy Agency has confirmed Iran has begun capping uranium
enrichment and converting its stockpile into reactor fuel. In return,
Iran will begin receiving the first installment of billions in frozen
oil revenue.
