Snowden Allowed to Remain in Russia for 3 More Years

National Security Agency whistleblower Edward Snowden has been granted
permission to remain in Russia for another three years, after his
temporary asylum expired this month. Snowden has been stranded in Russia
after the United States revoked his passport while he was en route to
Latin America.
