French President Dissolves Government over Austerity Spat

France is in the midst of a political crisis after a dispute over harsh
austerity policies caused the president to dissolve the government.
President Francois Hollande took action after his economy minister
harshly criticized the government's policies and urged them to resist
what he termed Germany's "obsession" with austerity. German-backed
economic measures have crippled economies and sparked mass protests
across Europe.
