Obama Speech to Outline Drone, Guantánamo Policy

The White House has announced President Obama will deliver a speech at
National Defense University in Washington, D.C., on Thursday on a wide
number of counter-terrorism issues. Obama will discuss the legal
framework underpinning national security efforts including the drone
program. He will also address the status of Guantánamo Bay, where more
than 100 foreign nationals are on hunger strike against their indefinite
imprisonment.
