Tsarnaev reportedly scrawled the note on the inside wall of a boat in the Boston-area driveway where he was found hiding from police days after the attack. In the message, he reportedly referred to the victims of the bombing as "collateral damage," writing: "When you attack one Muslim, you attack all Muslims." .
