European Regulators to Crack Down on Google over Privacy Policy

European regulators have announced plans to crack down on Internet
search firm Google in the coming months over its controversial privacy
policy. Google gathers user data across its services, including You Tube
and Gmail, and bars users from opting out. Regulators see the practice
as a potential threat to individual privacy.
