Europe Issues New Sanctions Against North Korea

European leaders agreed Monday to deepen sanctions against North Korea
following its test of a nuclear device last week. The new measures will
further restrict North Korean trade and financial capabilities after it
faced international condemnation for its third nuclear test since 2006.
