Bill Introduced to Restrict Drone Use Inside the United States

In the U.S. House, a bipartisan team of lawmakers has introduced a bill
to prohibit the use of armed drones within the United States. The bill
would restrict the use of drones by law enforcement, requiring judicial
approval and restricting surveillance to criminal acts. U.S. aviation
officials are now seeking proposals for six sites that would be used to
test the use of domestic drones across the country.
