U.S. Files Charges for 2012 Benghazi Attack

U.S. officials have filed sealed criminal charges against a number of
suspects in the attack on the U.S. diplomatic mission in Benghazi, Libya
that killed four Americans, including the U.S. ambassador, last
September. Anonymous officials say militia leader Ahmed Abu Khattala is
facing murder charges in connection with the attack, while roughly a
dozen other suspects have been identified. None have so far been
arrested.
