Bradley Manning's Maximum Sentence Reduced to 90 Years

A military judge has reduced the maximum possible prison sentence for
Army whistleblower Bradley Manning to 90 years. Manning faced up to 136
years in prison following his conviction on 20 counts for leaking troves
of secret documents to Wiki Leaks. But on Tuesday, Col. Denise Lind
granted requests by the defense to merge a number of the counts against
him.
