Honduran President Orders Militarization of Prison After Fatal Riot

In Honduras, President Porfirio Lobo has ordered the military to take
control of the country's main prison following a riot that killed at
least three prisoners and injured a dozen. The violence Saturday came
one day after the release of a report from the Inter-American Commission
on Human Rights that found prisoners effectively run 24 prisons in
Honduras because the state has abandoned control.
