Planned Parenthood Challenges Indiana Law

Planned Parenthood has filed a lawsuit challenging a new Indiana law
that says clinics that provide the abortion pill must have full surgical
facilities on hand. Planned Parenthood says the measure would halt
abortions at its clinic in the town of Lafayette.
