Syria: At Least 15 Killed in Damascus Suicide Blast

In the Syrian capital Damascus, at least 15 people are dead after a
suicide bomber drove a vehicle into a compound that houses the central
bank and finance ministry. The Syrian government blamed opponents for
Monday's attack and said 53 people were also wounded.
