Kelly Wins Illinois Special Election for Vacant House Seat

Former Illinois state lawmaker Robin Kelly has won the special election
to replace former Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr. Jackson stepped down to receive
treatment for bipolar disorder last year and later pleaded guilty to
misusing campaign funds.
