October 8, 2012 Obama Campaign Reports Record Haul of $181 Million in September ---------------------------------------------------------------- President Obama's re-election campaign has announced it took in a record $181 million in September, it's largest monthly total to date. The vast majority came from donations of $250 or less. At a fundraiser in Los Angeles on Sunday, President Obama mocked Romney for vowing to cut funding to PBS. President Obama: "When he was asked what he would actually do to cut spending, he said he would go after public television.
