Peña Nieto Set to Assume Mexican Presidency

The death of Juventina Villa comes as Mexican President-elect Enrique
Peña Nieto is due to be inaugurated Saturday. He has affirmed his
support for the U.S.-backed war on drugs started under outgoing
President Felipe Calderón. Tens of thousands have died since the drug
war began in 2006.
