Montana Judge Overturns Birth Control Funding Ban

A Montana district judge has overturned a state law banning taxpayer
funding of birth control coverage for teenage girls. The decade-old law
was challenged by Planned Parenthood in 2009. In his ruling, Judge Jim
Reynolds said the ban is unconstitutional for infringing upon the teens'
privacy rights.
