Suicide Bombing Kills 19 in Afghanistan

In Afghanistan, at least 16 civilians and three foreign troops have been
killed in a suicide bombing in the eastern province of Khost. Another 30
people were wounded in the attack, one of the worst Afghanistan has seen
in weeks.
