Rhode Island Legislators Approve "Homeless Bill of Rights"

Rhode Island lawmakers have approved a measure that would create the
nation's first "Homeless Bill of Rights." The legislation would formally
ban discrimination against homeless people and support their right to
equal access to jobs, housing and government services. Rhode Island
Governor Lincoln Chafee is expected to sign the measure into law as
early as next week.
