Psychiatrist, Gay Rights Advocate Dr. Richard Issay Dies at 77

The psychiatrist and gay rights advocate Dr. Richard Isay has died at
the age of 77. Dr. Isay came out as a gay man as a married father in his
forties, and went on to lead a pivotal effort to stop his profession
from treating homosexuality as a disease.
