Massive Iceberg Detaches from Greenland Glacier

An iceberg twice size of Manhattan has broken off from one of
Greenland’s two main glaciers, the Petermann Glacier. It was the
second time in two years that parts of the Petermann Glacier have broken
off after an ice island four times Manhattan's size cracked apart in
August 2010.
