U.S. Navy Kills Indian Fisherman in Dubai

U.S. forces have killed an Indian fisherman and wounded three others in
a shooting off the coast of Dubai. The U.S. Navy says it opened fire
after the victims' fishing boat ignored orders to steer clear of a U.S.
ship. The Indian government is calling on the United Arab Emirates to
investigate.
