Senate OKs $631 Billion Military Spending Bill

The Senate has unanimously approved a $631 billion military spending
bill. The measure includes a call for an acceleration of the U.S.
withdrawal from Afghanistan as well as for intensified sanctions on
Iran. The Obama administration has threatened a veto over limits on
President Obama's authority to handle alleged terrorism suspects.
