Court Strikes Down Illinois Ban on Concealed Weapons

A federal appeals court has struck down a ban on concealed weapons in
Illinois — the last remaining state where carrying concealed guns
is entirely illegal. The decision will force Illinois legislators to
write a new law legalizing concealed weapons within 180 days.
