Experts: Fukushima Radiation Hits Record Levels

The vote by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to approve new reactors in
South Carolina comes as experts have warned radiation levels at Japan's
stricken Fukushima nuclear power plant have reached fatally high levels.
The radiation is so high that even specially designed robots used in the
clean-up effort are not equipped to enter the plant.
