Zimmerman Defense Makes Bid for Judge’s Recusal

Defense attorneys for George Zimmerman have filed a request for the
recusal of the presiding judge in Zimmerman's trial for killing Trayvon
Martin. The judge, Jessica Recksiedler, is married to an attorney who is
a law partner of Florida lawyer Mark Nejame, who has been hired by CNN
to provide legal commentary on the case.
