Jewish Settlers Blamed For Burning Israeli Mosque, U.S. Lawmakers Freeze $200 Million In Aid To Palestine

Hardline Jewish settlers are being blamed for vandalizing and setting
fire to a mosque in a Bedouin village in northern Israel Sunday night.
The fire sparked clashes between some 300 Israeli Arabs and state
security forces. In related news, members of the U.S. House Foreign
Affairs Committee and the Senate Foreign Relations Committee have frozen
some $200 million in aid to the Palestinian Authority in response to the
PA's UN statehood bid.
