California Enacts Dream Act, Benefiting 2,500 Undocumented Immigrant Students

California Gov. Jerry Brown has signed into law the state’s Dream Act,
which would allow some undocumented immigrants to receive public aid to
attend college. The law is expected to benefit 2,500 students.
