Hacker Attack Cuts Off Phone and Web Service For Palestinians

Phone and internet service in the West Bank and Gaza has been largely
cut off after all Palestinian IP addresses came under a sustained hacker
attack. Palestinian officials said the sites were attacked in an
“organized” manner, using mirror servers. It is unclear who was
behind the attack but some Palestinian officials blamed Israel.
