Court OKs Challenge to Lifting of California Gay Marriage Ban

The California Supreme Court has ruled opponents of same-sex marriage
can challenge a ruling overturning the state's gay marriage ban. The
ban, known as Proposition 8, was lifted in August. The case is expected
to ultimately come before the U.S. Supreme Court.
