N.H. Lawmakers Advance Anti-Union Bill

State lawmakers in New Hampshire have approved a measure targeting the
collective bargaining of unions. The measure would ban unions from
requiring non-members to pay a share of bargaining and administrative
costs. Democratic Gov. John Lynch has pledged to veto the bill.
