Bush Rejects Obama Invite to Ground Zero

President Obama will be in New York City tomorrow to deliver a speech at
Ground Zero, the site of the attacks on the World Trade Center on
September 11, 2001. Former President George W. Bush has declined an
invitation to appear with Obama at the ceremony.
