Japan Urged to Widen Evacuation Zone

A nuclear watchdog is urging Japan to widen the evacuation zone around
the stricken Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power facility. France's
Institute for Radiological Protection and Nuclear Safety says around
70,000 people remain in a northwestern area it calls "the most
contaminated territory outside the evacuation zone."
