Senate Fails To Pass Bill Cutting Tax Breaks For Oil Companies

In news from Capitol Hill, the Democratic-led Senate failed to pass a
bill Tuesday to cut billions in tax breaks for the largest oil
companies. Democrats needed 60 votes to move the measure forward but
only secured 52 votes.
