Libyan Foreign Minister Resigns Post

The news comes as the Gaddafi regime has suffered its most high-profile
defection to date. On Wednesday, Libyan Foreign Minister Moussa Koussa
arrived in Britain after crossing over from Libya to Tunisia. The
British government said Koussa is resigning his post in Gaddafi's
government after deciding he can no longer represent it internationally.
