Wisconsin Residents Unsure If Anti-Union Law Is In Effect

In Wisconsin, there are conflicting views on whether the state's new
union-busting law has gone into effect. On Friday a state agency
published the bill despite a court order preventing publication on
grounds that the bill's passage likely violated Open Meetings law.
