Obama Expresses "Sorrow" for Afghan Deaths

The White House says President Obama has personally apologized to Afghan
President Hamid Karzai for recent U.S. killings of Afghan civilians. In
a statement, the Obama administration said Obama "expressed his sorrow"
to Karzai in a nearly one-hour conversation.
