Leftist Claims Victory in Peru Vote

In Peru, leftist Ollanta Humala is claiming victory in a runoff
presidential vote. Unofficial results show Humala with a slim lead over
opponent Keiko Fujimori, the daughter of former right-wing Peruvian
President Alberto Fujimori, now in prison for human rights abuses.
