Former Illinois Gov. Blagojevich Convicted On 17 Different Charges

Former Illinois Democratic governor, Rod Blagojevich, has been convicted
on 17 different charges, including trying to sell or trade President
Obama's old U.S. senate seat and attempting to shake down executives for
campaign cash. Together, the charges would bear a maximum sentence of
300 years, but Blagojevich is likely to spend roughly a decade behind
bars.
