EPA Postpones Release of Rules to Limit Greenhouse Gas Emissions

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has postponed the release of
new rules to limit greenhouse gas emissions from power plants and other
major pollution sources. The EPA postponed the new rule following
complaints from Republican lawmakers and utility companies.
