Brazilian Truth Commission Proposed

And in Brazil, the country's new Secretary of Human Rights has asked the
Brazilian Congress to form a truth commission to investigative
atrocities committed by the dictatorship in the 1970s. The calls comes
just days after the inauguration of President Dilma Rousseff, who was
jailed and tortured by the military regime between 1970 and 1972.
