Emanuel Wins Appeal, Back in Chicago Mayoral Race

Former White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel is back in the Chicago
mayoral race one day after he was ruled ineligible to run. On Tuesday,
the Illinois Supreme Court granted a stay of a lower court's ruling that
Emanuel has not resided in Chicago long enough to be eligible to run in
the race and have his name appear on the ballot.
